about

In Lower Manhattan, a windowless, concrete skyscraper looms apart from the city. This is 33 Thomas St, formerly known as the AT&T Long Lines Building. It serves as a wire center for telephone services, routing long distance calls between customer phone lines. In addition to its overt purposes, the building may also serve as the location of certain secretive endeavors. The information brought to light in Edward Snowden's 2013 surveillance leaks strongly suggests that 33 Thomas St is the hub for a covert NSA mass-surveillance project known as TITANPOINTE.
