West Kennet Long Barrow is an Early Neolithic stone monument located in Southwest England. As far as barrows go, it is unusually large, and contains an interior chamber that extends 12 meters into the structure. It is likely that the barrow was used as a site of ritual burial. Around 3000 B.C.E., its use was terminated -- the entrance to the structure was intentionally obstructed by large stones for unknown reasons. Since then, the barrow has garnered importance in pagan religions.
